Do you offer support when I need help?

Unlimited support via email is included with all of our website packages. We also have a knowledge base with tons of helpful articles and youtube videos. SMS, Phone and In-Person support options are also available as an additional monthly service, while we do provide 24/7 technical support via our Ticketing System for all website packages. In the event of an emergency or system failure, we may call you to discuss and resolve any technical issues - however, we reserve that decision to our sole discretion, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
