If you are a developer or a reseller of our Website Solutions, you may signup for our website service with the one time setup fee waived, given that you would be able to complete the site setup, design, configuration.

Do you have contracts?

No, you can cancel your services at any time.

While you may cancel your monthly services at any time, we do not provide refunds to the Setup Fee, after you have approved the designs.

Upon Cancellation, we will provide you all of your website contents, graphics and banners, which was created as part of your Setup Fee.

Do you offer web design and graphics design services?

If you need background images, custom graphics or logos created just contact us. There is an additional charge or graphic design services. You may select one of our PACKAGES or sechedule a PHONE CONSULTATION or an in-person MEETING to discuss your needs.

Do you offer support when I need help?

Unlimited support via email is included with all of our website packages.

We also have a knowledge base with tons of helpful articles and youtube videos.

SMS, Phone and In-Person support options are also available as an additional monthly service, while we do provide 24/7 technical support via our Ticketing System for all website packages.

In the event of an emergency or system failure, we may call you to discuss and resolve any technical issues - however, we reserve that decision to our sole discretion, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

How do I create my website?

Only for Resellers, we have a knowledge base available with written and video tutorials on the different aspects of creating your website. If you get stuck you can email our support team by opening an online ticket or schedule a paid Phone or Screen Sharing session and we will help you with all aspects of your website design project.
